Refund Charges

TZ iBoat does not have the ability to process refunds since all purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play.

 

On iPhone / iPad (Apple App Store)

 

To request a refund through Apple, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to https://reportaproblem.apple.com

  2. Login with your Apple ID.

  3. Find your TZ iBoat purchase in the list.

  4. Click on Report a Problem to request a refund.

  5. In the "Choose Problem" drop down, select "Didn't mean to purchase this item"

Apple should process the refund within 48 hours. 

On Android (Google Play)

 

To request a refund through Google Play, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to https://play.google.com/store/account

  2. Log in with your Google account.

  3. Find your TZ iBoat purchase in the list (under “Orders”).

  4. Click on “Report a Problem” and select the refund option.

If the purchase was made within the last 2 hours, the refund is usually immediate.

After this period, Google will review the request, which may take several days.
