Refund Charges

TZ iBoat does not have the ability to process refunds since all purchases are made through the App Store. To request a refund through Apple, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to https://reportaproblem.apple.com

  2. Login with your Apple ID.

  3. Find your TZ iBoat purchase in the list.

  4. Click on Report a Problem to request a refund.

  5. In the "Choose Problem" drop down, select "Didn't mean to purchase this item"

Apple should process the refund within 48 hours.
