Plotter

Day/Night Mode: Adjusts the screen's brightness and vector chart color palette (for night or day). When set to Automatic, TZ iBoat will automatically switch modes according to your local sunset and sunrise time.

Grid Interval: Indicates the grid interval (ranges from very low to very high) that can be turned ON and OFF from the "Layer" menu when selecting “Grid” overlay.

Zoom on Center: Automatically adjusts the zoom level when tapping on the “GPS” button and when changing mode (when switching from North Up to Head Up).

Head Up in 3D: Automatically tilt the screen in 3D (perspective) when the Head Up mode is selected

Navigate in Head Up: Automatically select the Head Up mode when creating a Goto or activating a route. If you prefer to navigate using the North Up mode, disable this setting.

Depth Shading Display

Depth Shading Transparency: Adjusts the depth shading overlay transparency.

Depth Color Shade: Selects the color palette used for the depth shading overlay.

Transparencies

PhotoFusion Transparency: Manipulates the overall intensity of PhotoFusion transparency on water (ranges from 0-80)

PhotoFusion Offset: Offsets the depth at which the PhotoFusion will start. This setting is useful in area with large tides.

Weather Transparency: Adjusts the weather transparency when it is displayed in color.

Past Trips Transparency: Adjusts the historical trips transparency on the chart (when Trips are enabled from the layer button). 

Community Maps

Display Community Tags: Enables or disables the tag (icons) displayed above TZ Maps community object.

Highlight new object: When enabled, community objects that are newly created or modified will be highlighted on the chart.

Display Proximity Pop-up: When enabled, and when your vessel comes near a community object, a pop-up window will appear asking you to rate this object.

3D Display

3D Alti Exaggeration: Determines the exaggeration of land altitudes displayed while in 3D mode.

Terrain Shading Opacity: Determines the strength of the terrain shading (also known as hill shading) when TZ Maps BathyVision or when the Depth Shading overlay is enabled.
